The day is just going to get crazier it’s just 11 am and people are crowing in all the drinking holes, loud singing in the streets, rokus laughter…. And swarms of people decked up in green and white with crazy wigs, green jeweler , long green top hats, false mustaches and funky t shirts are all over the city.
